Terms & Conditions — The 10-Min Frame

By booking a session for The 10-Min Frame, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.

  • All bookings are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

  • Your booking is valid for one person only. Each attendee must book a separate session.

2. Arrival & Lateness Policy

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked time slot to attend the posing walkthrough.

  • Late arrivals of more than 5 minutes may result in shortened or forfeited sessions to avoid impacting other attendees.

  • Missed appointments due to lateness or no-show are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • As this is a one-day event, rescheduling is not possible.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to someone else, but must notify us by email at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Image Delivery & Usage

  • You will receive one fully retouched high-resolution headshot within 72 hours of your session, delivered via email.

  • Optional additional images (if available) can be purchased at £50 per image, with delivery in 3–5 working days.

  • By attending, you agree that KSA may use your images for marketing or portfolio purposes unless you opt out in writing at the time of booking.

5. Hair, Makeup & Appearance

  • No hair or makeup services are provided. Please arrive camera-ready.

  • We are not responsible for styling, wardrobe, or grooming once the session begins.

6. Data Privacy

  • Your contact information will only be used to manage your booking and deliver your final images.

  • You may opt-in separately to receive future promotions or event updates.

7. Rights & Conduct

  • KSA reserves the right to refuse service or remove any attendee who behaves inappropriately or disrupts the experience of others.

  • All photography remains the intellectual property of KSA until delivered to the client.
