The event will run throughout the day in hourly group slots.
Each hour includes:

• A 10-minute introduction & posing walkthrough

• Five individual 10-minute headshot sessions
  This format keeps things efficient while still giving each person the attention and guidance they deserve.

You’ll select your preferred hour-long time slot during booking. Please arrive 10 minutes early to avoid missing your walkthrough.

📸 10-Minute Professional Headshot Session

You’ll receive a one-on-one, 10-minute shoot with an experienced photographer who will guide you through flattering angles, confident expressions, and natural posing techniques.
No awkward vibes – just calm, encouraging direction to help you look your best.

🧍‍♂️ Mini Group Walkthrough Beforehand

Each session hour begins with a 10-minute posing walkthrough for the group of 5, covering:

• Posture and how to stand naturally on camera

• Expression tips (how to look confident and approachable)

• How to relax your face and shoulders

• What to do with your hands (!)

You’ll go into your session knowing exactly what to expect.

🖼️ 1 Fully Retouched Headshot – Yours to Keep

After your session, you’ll receive one high-resolution, fully edited image:

• Colour corrected

• Lightly retouched (skin, flyaways, etc.)

• Cropped for optimal use on LinkedIn, Spotlight, CVs, or casting sites

This image will be delivered via email within 72 hours – ready to use instantly.

➕ Optional Add-On Shots (£20 Each)

If there’s time remaining in your slot, you may have the opportunity to take additional images. These are great if you want:

• Alternative expressions (serious + smiling)

• Horizontal and vertical crop options

• US + UK Style Headshots (See our Blog post for more info)

After the session, we’ll send a preview gallery and you can choose to purchase any extra edits for just £20 per image.

💻 Private Online Delivery

All final images will be sent to you via a private download link — no watermarks, no low-res files. These are yours to keep and use however you like.

• Wear something that makes you feel confident and polished

• Avoid busy patterns or logos – simple, solid colours work best

• Feel free to bring a second outfit in case of time for extra shots

• Bring a small mirror and any personal grooming items if needed

There will be no MUA or stylist on-site, so please arrive camera-ready.
We recommend keeping it natural, clean, and true to your style. A light blotting or matte finish can reduce shine on camera.

• If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your session due to the tight schedule
