I have booked this 13 bedroom, 15 Bed, 9 bathroom villa just outside Split!

Casa Renai is the place where you and your group of friends will feel at home.

It is an atypical farmhouse, a Tuscan farmhouse but with vintage and retro furnishings. Each apartment is different, all the items have been carefully chosen, with our taste and our desire to make those who visit us experience a different kind of hospitality.

Panoramic swimming pool, Vernaccia and Sangiovese vineyards and a breathtaking sunset.

We are a few kilometers from the center of San Gimignano, among the vineyards of Vernaccia. It is an old farmhouse renovated and completely re-furnished in 2024.

Plenty of space outside to relax and have fun.

The farmhouse is divided into 8 apartments, each with one, two or three bedrooms, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen and living room. We can accommodate up to 30 people.

Apartment 1 - 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (4 pax)

Apartment 2 - 1 double bedroom and 1 single bed in living room (2/3 pax)

Apartment 3 - 1 double room (2 pax)

Apartment 4 - 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (4 pax)

Apartment 5 - 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (4 pax)

Apartment 6 - 1 triple room (2/3 pax)

Apartment 7 - 1 double bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room (2/4 pax)

Apartment 8 - 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (6 pax)

The Food and Drink

Breakfast each morning is included in the price of each option. Bottles of drinking water will also be provided. Any other food and drink I.e dinners out, lunch or snacks and any alcohol you will have to pay for yourself.

We’ve curated a schedule that mixes structured shoots, spontaneous collabs, and free time to bring your own ideas to life. Every day will have a loose plan, but there’s plenty of space for creativity to take over.

Here’s what you can expect:

Portfolio Shoot Days

We’ll explore different themes and visual styles across the villa and surrounding landscapes — think golden-hour portraits, lifestyle group content, fashion editorial moments, and cinematic storytelling.

YouTube Content Creation

We’ll be filming vlogs, challenges, and short interview-style videos throughout the trip. If you’ve ever wanted to get involved in YouTube content or build your on-camera confidence, this is your chance.

Creative Prompts & Challenges

To spark collaboration and fun, we’ll throw in some creative tasks — maybe a TikTok trend challenge, a “one location, three creators” shoot-off, or a “market something random” brief.

Content & Brand Strategy Sessions

Short sessions led by the KSA team to help you think bigger about your content, personal brand, and monetisation. Expect honest advice, feedback, and plenty of idea sharing.

Evening Recaps & Chill Time

We’ll decompress each evening with dinner, idea-sharing, and review sessions — a chance to bond, reflect on the day, and brainstorm for the next.

The Payment

Full payment of anything owed needs to paid by the 1st of October. All places are first come first served but places can be secured with a deposit.

Payment Plans are available. This will require a £50 deposit and then an arrangement can be made to pay the rest before the 1st October.

Due to price changes for flights and accommodation. Confirmation and payment of at least the deposit must be made by 31st August 2025.
